Your BTC balance grows while plans run, and you withdraw to your own wallet. There’s no hardware to buy or run.

Every plan has a hashrate. While it runs, the app works out your share of the Bitcoin network and credits you that share of about six blocks an hour: plan hashrate ÷ network hashrate × 6 × block reward. Rewards are estimates that move with the network.

Yes. The app is free to download, and the free plan costs nothing: it runs 8 hours and you can claim it again when it ends. Ads, games, offers and the daily check-in add more free plans on top. Paid plans are an optional add-on for more speed, and the price is shown before you confirm.

No. Your phone doesn’t do the mining, so there’s no heat, no noise and no power bill. Rewards are worked out on our side from your plan’s hashrate and live Bitcoin network data.

Yes. Plans run on our side, so they keep going with the app closed, the screen off or the phone offline, until each plan ends.

Check your connection, update the app, then close and reopen it or tap Reload in the app’s menu. If that doesn’t help, restart your phone. Still broken? Email support with your phone model, app version and a screenshot of what you see.

It depends on your plans’ hashrate and on the Bitcoin network, so it changes day to day. The free plan, ads, games, offers and check-ins all add to it, and small amounts add up while your plans run. The earnings guide shows live estimates for every plan, before boosts.

Rewards are estimates that move with the Bitcoin network, so no amount is guaranteed. The app shows a live estimate for every plan. CloudMineCrypto is a rewards app, not an investment product.

The free plan runs 8 hours. Ad, game, offer and daily check-in plans run 24 hours each. Paid plans come in lengths such as one month, three months or a year, and the app shows the length before you buy.

Most likely a rewarded plan ended. Each one runs 24 hours and then drops off your total, so your hashrate falls as they finish unless you add new ones.

Usually it’s the Bitcoin network: when its total hashrate rises, the same plan earns a little less BTC. A halving, a boost or promotion ending, or fewer active plans can lower rewards too.

Not necessarily. Paid plans add more hashrate, but rewards are estimates, they aren’t guaranteed and they can be lower than the price. Paid plans are optional. Rewards can be lower than the price, even over the plan’s full length, so only buy a plan if you’re happy with that.

Multipliers on what your plans earn. The continuity boost grows while a paid plan keeps running, the loyalty boost grows with every plan you claim, and the daily check-in boost grows with your streak. Estimates on this site leave boosts out.

Yes, in the web app at app.cloudminecrypto.com, which has more payment methods, including cryptocurrency. In the mobile apps you pay through Google Play or the App Store.

Tap Restore Purchases in the app, then close and reopen it. If the plan still doesn’t show, email support with your receipt and the login you use.

Yes. You request a withdrawal in the app to your own wallet or exchange, on Lightning, Bitcoin on-chain or BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20). Validated requests are processed automatically; some are reviewed first.

Each network has its own minimum, and Lightning’s is by far the lowest. The withdraw screen shows the minimum for the network you pick before you confirm, and the withdrawals page lists them live.

Open the Wallet tab and tap Withdraw. Pick a network, paste an address or invoice for that same network from your own wallet or exchange, enter the amount and confirm.

Most validated requests are processed automatically; some wait for a review. Once sent, Lightning usually arrives in seconds, BNB Smart Chain in minutes, and Bitcoin on-chain after block confirmations, which can take minutes to hours.

The network fee comes out of the amount you send, and the app shows it before you confirm. On-chain fees and minimums follow Bitcoin network demand, which we don’t control, so Lightning is usually far cheaper. Withdrawing more than the minimum makes the same fee a smaller share.

Check the request status in the app first, then your wallet or exchange’s deposit history. On-chain payments show as pending until they’re confirmed in a block. If nothing turns up, email support with the network, the time of the request and a screenshot.

You always need a verified email and a Google or Apple login. Identity verification may also be required, depending on your country, activity or the amount. The app tells you if it is.

Yes. Rewards from free, ad, offer, game and check-in plans can be withdrawn once your balance reaches the minimum for your network and the other requirements are met.

Any wallet or exchange that accepts deposits on the network you pick. Use an address from your own account and pick the same network on both sides, because funds sent on the wrong network may be lost.

Open the web app at app.cloudminecrypto.com or the app on your phone, and sign in with the same Google account or Apple ID as before. There’s no CloudMineCrypto password: the same login opens the same account on every device.

Usually not. You’re most likely in a different account, because each Google account, Apple ID and guest session has its own. Log out and sign in with the login you used before.

Add a Google or Apple login now: open the menu and tap Add login. A guest account lives in one install, so after an uninstall, a data clear or a new phone it may not be recoverable.

Sign in on the new phone with the same Google or Apple login. If you’ve only used the app as a guest, add a login on the old phone first.

Check your spam and promotions folders. Links work for 24 hours, so ask the app for a new one if yours is older, and wait a minute between requests.

Open the menu in the app, tap Delete account and confirm. Deleted accounts take 30 days to be removed completely, and until then you can bring yours back by signing in with the same login. A guest account with no login is lost for good.

No. Balances aren’t combined between accounts. Support can help you find which account holds your balance and how to get back into it.

Ads come from third-party partners, and supply changes with the time of day, your country and your device. Ads can also run out for a while after you’ve watched many in a row. Check your connection, restart the app, then your phone, and try again later.

The plan is added once the ad partner confirms the ad finished, so closing it early means no plan. If you watched to the end, reopen the app and check your plans, then email support with the time and your phone model.

Two options on the Earn more screen. You play partner games or finish partner offers, and each reward point adds a 24-hour mining plan. They’re in the mobile apps only, and what’s available varies by device and region.

Confirmation can take time, and some offers take days. If it’s been longer than the offer says, use the support option inside the offer list, or email us with the name of the offer or game and what you completed.

Check in each day to add a 24-hour rewarded plan. The check-in has its own boost, which grows with your streak.

In the app, under Invite Friends on the Earn more screen. Your invite link is cloudminecrypto.com/ followed by your code.

When a friend you invited collects eligible rewards, you may get a bonus, currently 10% of those rewards. Free and daily check-in plans don’t count. It’s variable, may be limited and isn’t guaranteed.

No. The bonus is added to you on top, so your friend’s own rewards and balance are never reduced.

No. Invites are single-tier: you can only get a bonus from people you invited directly, nothing passes further up, and you never need to invite anyone to use the app or withdraw.

It’s legit. The app is made by Lowhill Games Oy, a registered Finnish company, it’s on Google Play and the App Store with hundreds of thousands of reviews, you can mine for free, and you withdraw to your own wallet. Rewards are estimates and aren’t guaranteed.

No, never. The network fee only ever comes out of the amount you send. Anyone asking for a deposit, a “tax” or an unlock fee, or for your password or seed phrase, isn’t CloudMineCrypto.

No. It’s a mining rewards app: you earn Bitcoin free with the free plan, ads, games, offers and the daily check-in, and paid plans are an optional add-on. Rewards are estimates that aren’t guaranteed, and a plan doesn’t give you ownership of, or a share in, any mining hardware or pool.
