Effective date: 2023-08-18
Last updated: 2025-12-27

This Privacy Policy explains how Lowhill Games Oy (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the Bitcoin Mining App (CloudMineCrypto.com) mobile applications and website (together, the “App” or “Service”).

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

0. Definitions and Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to information processed by the Company in connection with the App, including when you: (a) install or use our mobile applications, (b) visit our website, or (c) contact support. It does not apply to third-party sites, services, wallets, exchanges, app stores, or advertising partners that process data under their own policies.

“Personal data” (or “personal information”) means information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be linked to an individual. “Processing” means collecting, using, storing, sharing, or otherwise handling information.

1. Data Controller

The data controller for your personal data is:

Sävelänlatu 7, 38710 Kankaanpää, Finland
Email: [email protected]

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information you provide to us

2.2 Information collected automatically

When you use the App, certain information is collected automatically, such as:

2.3 Information from third-party services

The App integrates with third-party services for functions like analytics, crash reporting, attribution, and advertising. These providers may collect and process information in accordance with their own privacy policies. Depending on your platform and configuration, these may include:

We do not control how these third parties process your data, and we encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.

2.4 In-app purchases and billing

If you make purchases in the App, purchases are generally processed by the relevant app store (e.g., Apple or Google) and their payment systems. We typically receive transaction metadata such as product identifiers, purchase timestamps, and entitlement status (e.g., whether a purchase is active), but we do not receive your full payment card details from the app stores.

2.5 Information we generate or derive

We may create or derive information from other data we collect, such as risk and fraud signals, account integrity signals, aggregated usage statistics, and reward/entitlement states (for example, continuity or loyalty status and other internal counters needed to operate the Service).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use information we collect for the following purposes:

4. Legal Bases (EEA/UK users)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the UK, we process your personal data on one or more of the following legal bases:

5. How We Share Your Information

We may share your information with:

We do not sell personal information for money. Certain jurisdictions (e.g. under CCPA/CPRA) may treat some disclosures for advertising or analytics as “selling” or “sharing”; where required we will honor your rights and choices under those laws.

6. International Transfers

We are based in Finland, but our service providers and infrastructure may be located in other countries. This means your information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own, including countries that may not provide the same level of data protection as your jurisdiction.

Where required by law, we use appropriate safeguards (for example, Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission) to protect personal data transferred outside the EEA/UK.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and protect our legal rights.

In general:

When data is no longer needed, we will delete or anonymize it, or, where this is not possible (for example, because the data is stored in backup archives), we will securely store it and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible. Some data may persist in backups for a limited time until those backups are rotated.

8. Your Rights and Choices

8.1 GDPR / EEA / UK rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have some or all of the following rights in relation to your personal data:

To exercise your rights or make a data request, please contact us at [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request. Some rights may be limited or not apply in certain cases, depending on the law where you live.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority in the EEA/UK if you believe our processing of your personal data violates applicable law.

8.2 Advertising and analytics choices

You can usually control ad personalization and tracking via your device settings (for example, iOS tracking permissions / Android ad controls). If the App provides an in-app consent or privacy settings screen in your version/region, you can also manage choices there.

8.3 California (CCPA/CPRA) notice

California residents may have rights to know, access, delete, correct, and opt out of certain “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To submit a request, email [email protected] with the subject “California Privacy Request”.

You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, subject to verification and applicable legal requirements. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

We do not knowingly sell personal information for money. If advertising disclosures are considered “sharing” under California law, you can request opt-out via the methods above and/or adjust device-level ad/tracking controls.

Children’s privacy

Our App is not intended for children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action, including deletion where required.

Account deletion

If your version of the App includes an account deletion feature, you can use it to request deletion. Otherwise, you can request deletion by contacting [email protected]. We may retain certain information as described in the “Data Retention” section (for example, to comply with legal obligations or prevent fraud).

9. Security

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse or alteration. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

10. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website and App may use cookies, SDKs and similar technologies (for example through analytics and advertising providers) to operate the Service, remember your preferences, and understand how the Service is used.

You can control cookies and similar technologies through your browser settings, device settings, or platform-specific consent tools where available. Disabling certain technologies may affect some features of the Service.

11. Third-Party Links

The App may contain links to external websites or services that are not operated by us (for example, wallet providers, exchanges, or community channels). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.

12. Virtual Mining / Rewards + Blockchain Transparency

The App uses a software-based (virtualized) rewards system. Terms like “mining”, “hashrate”, “contracts/plans”, “boosts”, and “multipliers” describe in-app mechanics used solely to calculate and display rewards under our internal rules. They do not represent direct ownership of, or rights to, any physical mining hardware or real-world hashrate.

When you choose to withdraw Bitcoin, the resulting transactions are processed on public blockchain networks (such as Bitcoin or other supported networks). Information recorded on these networks (including your wallet address and transaction details) may be publicly visible and cannot be deleted by us.

13. Automated Decision-Making

We may use automated systems to help detect fraud, abuse, or policy violations (for example, identifying suspicious sign-ups or repeated abusive behavior). These processes are used to protect the Service and users and may result in actions such as limiting features, requiring additional verification, or blocking abusive activity.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where required by law, we will notify you via the App or by other appropriate means.

Your continued use of the App after any changes to this Privacy Policy will constitute your acknowledgment of the changes and your agreement to be bound by the updated policy.
