Log in to CloudMineCrypto

By the CloudMineCrypto teamUpdated 5 min read

The short answer

Open the web app or the app on your phone, and sign in with the same Google account or Apple ID as last time. That login opens the same account, the same balance and the same mining plans on every device. Only ever used it as a guest? Add a login now. There’s no password to forget.

Open app.cloudminecrypto.com

Key takeaways

  • Your login works on the web, Android and iPhone. One login, one account.
  • A different Google account or Apple ID opens a different account, often an empty one.
  • Guest accounts live in one install. Add a login to keep your balance safe.
  • We’ll never ask for your password or seed phrase. Anyone who does isn’t us.

The way in

Same login, same account, on every device.

How did you sign in last time?

Your steps

Sign in with the same Google account

  1. 1

    Open the app

On a computer, use the web app. On your phone, open the CloudMineCrypto app.

  2. 2

    Choose Google

Pick the same Google account as last time. The login screen marks your Last used login method.

  3. 3

    Pick your account if asked

If that Google login is on more than one account, a Choose Account list shows each balance. Pick the one that’s yours.

Several Google accounts on your phone? An empty balance usually means you picked one that’s new to the app. Log out and try the other. Balance looks different? →

Stuck? [email protected]. We’ll never ask for your password.

Where do I log in to CloudMineCrypto?

There are three ways in, and they all lead to the same account. On a computer, use the web app. On a phone, use the app from Google Play or the App Store (or the APK on Android without Play).

New here? Sign in and start mining free: claim the free plan, then add more with ads, games, offers and the daily check-in. The download page has every option. Only get the app from these places; links from strangers, lookalike sites and “recovery” services aren’t us.

Should I sign in with Google, Apple or as a guest?

Google or Apple. Both are free, take a tap, and tie your balance to something you already own. Guest mode is fine for a first look, but it’s the one that can lose you a balance.

Signing in with Google or Apple means the app never sees a password. Google and Apple explain how their sign-in works in the sources below.

Why should I add a login to a guest account?

Because the key to a guest account lives in one install on one phone. The balance itself is saved on our servers, but without that key the app can’t find it and starts a new, empty account.

Guest

Uninstall, clear app data, log out or lose the phone, and the key goes with it. The balance is still on our servers, but the app can’t open it.

With a login

Sign in again on any device and the same account opens. It’s also required before you can request a withdrawal.

To add one, open the menu (three dots, top right) and tap Add login. If that Google account or Apple ID isn’t used anywhere else, it’s added to the account you’re in and your balance stays put.

Why does my balance look different after logging in?

It’s almost always a different account, not a lost balance. Each login has its own account, so a second Google account on the same phone opens a second, empty one.

How does email verification work?

You add an email in the app and we send a link. Tap it and the address is verified. You need a verified email and a Google or Apple login before you can request a withdrawal.

  1. 1

    Add your email

In the app. We send a verification email right away.

  2. 2

    Open the link

It goes to cloudminecrypto.com/verify/… and confirms the address.

  3. ✓

    Verified

Needed, together with a Google or Apple login, before you can request a withdrawal.

Email sent24 hours
Link worksExpired: send a new one
  • Link expired or “verification failed”? Links work for 24 hours. Ask the app for a new one.
  • No email? Check spam and promotions. You can request another after a minute.
  • Got a code instead of a link? That happens when the address is already on another account. Type the code into the app, and don’t share it: it can open your account.

Limits or verification may apply to withdrawals, and identity verification may be required. The withdrawal guide has the details.

How do I move my account to a new phone?

With a Google or Apple login, just sign in on the new phone. As a guest, do one thing first on the old phone: add a login. Once the old install is gone, so is the key.

Why can’t I log in?

Most login problems are one of these:

Can’t get into the Google account or Apple ID itself? That’s recovered with Google or Apple, not with us. Once you’re back in, your CloudMineCrypto account opens as normal.

How do I keep my account safe?

Do

  • Sign in with Google or Apple, and keep that account secure
  • Use the web app at app.cloudminecrypto.com or the official store apps
  • Keep verification codes to yourself
  • Email support only at [email protected]

Never

  • Share a password, seed phrase or private key with anyone
  • Pay anyone to “recover” or “unlock” your account
  • Sign in through links sent by strangers
  • Trust someone claiming to be support in a DM

Our support will never ask for your password, seed phrase or a verification code, and never asks for a payment. More on spotting fakes is in is CloudMineCrypto legit.

What should I send support?

Email [email protected], ideally from the address on your account. These four things let us find it quickly:

Which login

Google (which address) or Apple ID, or that you used the app as a guest.

Device and where

Phone model, Android, iPhone or web app, and your country.

When

Roughly when you installed, and when the problem started.

Screenshots

What you see now, and any older ones that show your balance.

Never send a password, a seed phrase, a private key or a verification code. We’ll never ask for them.

Frequently asked questions

How do I log in to CloudMineCrypto?

Open the web app at app.cloudminecrypto.com, or the CloudMineCrypto app on Android or iPhone, and sign in with the same Google account or Apple ID you used before. The same login opens the same account on every device.

Does CloudMineCrypto have a password?

No. You sign in with Google or Apple, so there’s no CloudMineCrypto password to remember or reset. If someone asks for your password, it isn’t us.

I used the app as a guest. How do I log back in?

A guest account has no login. On the same install you’re already in: add a Google or Apple login from the menu now. If you’ve uninstalled, cleared data or changed phones, email support with your install date, device model and country. Recovery isn’t always possible.

Why is my balance different after logging in?

You’re almost certainly in a different account. Each Google account, Apple ID and guest session has its own. Log out and sign in with the login you used before.

My verification link doesn’t work. What now?

Verification links work for 24 hours. Request a new email from the app, wait a minute between requests, and check your spam folder.

I deleted my account. Can I get it back?

Maybe, if it was recent. Signing in again with the same Google or Apple login can bring a recently deleted account back. If it doesn’t, email support as soon as you can.

Can support merge two accounts?

No. Balances aren’t combined between accounts. Support can help you find which account holds your balance and how to get back into it.
