I don’t see Complete Offers in my app
It isn’t available on every device or in every region, and it isn’t part of the web app. Make sure your app is up to date and check again later.
I completed an offer but got no points
Some offers take days to confirm. If it’s been longer than the offer says, use the support option inside the offer list, or contact our support with the name of the offer.
Can I withdraw what I earn?
Yes. Rewards from offer plans go to your in-app balance like any other plan. You can request a withdrawal once you meet the minimum withdrawal amount and any other requirements, such as limits or verification if required. Terms apply.
Do I have to pay for offers?
Browsing offers is free. Some offers ask you to sign up or make a purchase; check the requirements before you start, and only do what you’re comfortable with.
How long does an offer reward plan run?
Every reward point adds a rewarded mining plan that runs for 24 hours and adds to your total hashrate while it runs.
