If not: Check the goal in the list again. Only what it describes counts, such as a certain level or time played.
3. Has it been a while since you reached it?
If not: Give it some time. Our games partner confirms goals, and that can be delayed.
Frequently asked questions
I don’t see Play for Rewards in my app
It isn’t available on every device or in every region, and it isn’t part of the web app. Make sure your app is up to date and check again later.
I reached a goal but got no points
Give it some time, as confirmation can be delayed. If points still haven’t arrived, contact support at [email protected] with the name of the game and the goal you reached.
Can I withdraw what I earn?
Yes. Rewards from game plans go to your in-app balance like any other plan. You can request a withdrawal once you meet the minimum withdrawal amount and any other requirements, such as limits or verification if required. Terms apply.
Does playing cost anything?
Playing is free. Some games offer optional in-app purchases; that’s up to you, and you don’t need them to collect reward points.
How long does a game reward plan run?
Every reward point adds a rewarded mining plan that runs for 24 hours and adds to your total hashrate while it runs.
